Introduction
Generally speaking, it is more cost-effective to hire a paralegal. Further, paralegals have a limited scope of practice and as such are extremely active in Small Claims Court, Landlord Tenant Board matters, and Provincial Offences matters. They generally have a better understanding of the process and expectations in these courts and tribunals.
Rod Walker has been licenced as a paralegal since 2008 and has vast experience in the areas of Small Claims, Landlord and Tenant, Provincial Offences and all Tribunal areas. Rod participates in annual education opportunities as required by the Law Society. Rod has appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Labour Relations Board, Ontario Disability Support Program Tribunal and at the Canada Pension Tribunal.
